Below is a copy of a letter sent to all Early Autism Project client families on February 1, 2018.
Dear EAP Parent or Guardian:
ChanceLight is committed to transparency, integrity and professionalism in all that we do. Our Compliance Department was established to help fulfill this commitment.
During the last several months, we have established a Central Billing Office staffed by 26 professionals who are credentialed in healthcare billing practices. We created a data integrity unit and an IT unit to work with the Behavorial Health division to serve as a checks and balances, as well as technology support.
We have also established a new toll-free hotline and website that will be staffed by an independent third-party vendor. Its sole purpose is to give you a way to report any suspicion of questionable or illegal billing practices, including fraud. Your comments will be given directly to me and will be addressed quickly. You can share your concerns anonymously if you wish, and you will be able to track your report using a nine-digit PIN.
To submit a report online, go to http://www.hotline-services.com. In the space called, “Organization Name,” you will type “EAP” or “Early Autism Project, Inc.” Click the “Submit New Report” button and continue to follow the prompts. Make a note of your PIN.
To submit a report by phone, call toll-free 1 (855) 252-7606 and follow the operator’s prompts. Both the phone line and the website are staffed and available 24 hours a day.
The purpose of the phone line and website is to collect, keep, and transmit reports of fraud or abuse for our internal investigation and response. They are not connected to any emergency services. In the event of an emergency, please contact emergency personnel.
